Life is often referred to as a journey and I would love to offer my help with yours.  I know that the hardest step is to ask for help and choosing someone to help with this journey can be intimidating.

 I offer genuine open-mindedness for adults of all ages that focuses on a person as a whole. I strongly believe in a collaborative relationship where your treatment is led by you within a welcome, safe space that will encourage you the freedom to feel heard, grow and heal. My style is a holistic approach that helps you find balance that includes a strong link in your mind-body connection.  I draw from elements of cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment theory, motivational interviewing, somatic approaches, mindfulness, and positive psychology.
